Because I want to actually talk to all of them. Twenty‑five agents I can call, whose pulls I can look at, and whose complaints I can act on inside a week. Past that it becomes a support queue and the whole point of doing this early is lost.

I built List Rails because I work these lists every week and RealTracs won’t let you customise what it exports. Everyone who gets in now is helping decide what it becomes.
